- yogurt and an orange for breakfast
- a salad with 6 ounces of turkey breast for lunch
- rice cakes as my little snack
- a salad with grilled chicken and kidney beans for dinner

The exercise part, as most of you already know, is going to be altered per my body abilities and my doctor's request. I did 100 crunches and 100 push ups (the real ones...not the girly ones) and walked for a half hour. It doesn't seem like much, but believe me..for a girl who seems to be allergic to working out, that was a slight kick in the butt. Topped the night off with a super steamy bubble bath to unwind from a very stressful day at the office and day 1 of p90.
As for Alan..he is restarting today as his day #1....
